Worship, Music and Arts

“Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord … and extol him with music and song!” (Psalm 95:1, NIV)

To provide opportunities for the expression of worship to God through the arts, IPC offers a variety of music ensembles as well as ever-expanding efforts in the dramatic and visual arts. No matter what level—beginner, intermediate, advanced or professional—we want to help you discover, nurture, enjoy and use your God-given talents in His service. There's a place for everyone!

The Chancel Choir is the adult choir that leads the IPC congregation in worship on Sunday mornings from September through June. The choir is also involved in other special presentations throughout the year, including the Festival of Carols, Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and Choir Celebration Sunday services. This choir is open to anyone high school age and older.

Rehearsals: Thursdays, 7:30–9:15 pm, in Sanctuary

“Participation in a children’s choir is not earthshaking. Rather, it is life-shaping.”

Youth Lounge

The goal of this class is to encourage, equip and engage believers in Bible study and the spiritual discipline of Bible memorization. Volunteers may choose to “present” the Scriptures in Sunday morning worship or simply participate in class, but all who join will benefit by storing God’s living Word in their hearts!
