Scott Bullock, Lead Pastor
Scott came to IPC as Senior Pastor in June of 2010. Scott has a B.A. and M.A. from Wheaton College, an M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary.
Scott is motivated by a desire to see people fall in love with Jesus and with the world he so desperately cares about, and see them be a part of Jesus' mission to seek and save the lost. Scott feels called to encourage followers of Christ to find their mission to serve Christ in the world.
Some of Scott's favorite books are J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit; C.S. Lewis' The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe; Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s The Brothers Karamazov and most books by Frederick Buechner. His interests include being at soccer games as a family, ancient and modern languages, swimming, cycling and mimicking good classical and jazz pianists. Scott is married to Britta, and they have three children: Ellen, Klara and Lukas.

Curtis Drever, Leader of Local Missions
An active member of IPC since 1989, Curtis joined staff in October 2014. He graduated from University of the Pacific with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and spent most of his career in high-tech sales while "doing missions" on the side.
Curtis’ passion for missions has continued to grow over the past 20 years through leading and serving on short-term trips to Mexico, Africa, inner-city Los Angeles, and various places in Orange County. He sees his role simply to be an encourager and facilitator, that is, helping others get excited about living out their faith through serving others.
Curtis is married to Michelle and they have two sons, Scott and Kent. Curtis enjoys mountain biking, cooking with Michelle, travel, and listening to his extensive music library. He also loves investing in and developing relationships. You can often find him getting to know people over a cup of coffee or inviting them over to share a meal in their home.

An ordained Presbyterian pastor, Gabe’s previous ministry experience includes serving as a missionary in Australia with Youth With A Mission, and leading a church in Westminster, Calif. He has a B.A. from Seattle Pacific University, and M.Div. and D.Min. degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Lauren Knips, Director of Children's Ministry
After Lauren received her M.A. from Fuller Theological Seminary, God called her to head up IPC's Children's Ministry in 2010. Her prior education and experience led her to a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and thereafter, to staff assignments at Children's Ministry at First Presbyterian Church in Fort Collins, Colo., Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Santa Ana, Calif., and Mariners Church in Irvine, Calif.
Lauren's vision for IPC Children's Ministry is to partner with parents, families and volunteers—following Christ’s leading—to raise children who love and grow in a personal relationship with Him. She is continually grateful to serve with the families and children of IPC.
Lauren and husband Corey enjoy cooking, golf and tennis and frequent trips to Disneyland. A faith-bolstering book for Lauren is In the Name of Jesus by Henri Nouwen.

Aaron Schweizer, Leader of Operations and Finance
Aaron grew up in Berkeley, Calif., and after finishing high school moved to Southern California to attend UC San Diego. While in college he made the two most important decisions of his life — choosing to follow Christ and marrying his wife Minda. Upon receiving a degree in Structural Engineering, he chose to change vocational direction and invest his life in building God's kingdom. He and Minda joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ as missionaries where they have served in a variety of leadership capacities the past 17 years.
Aaron is passionate about coming along side the church to lead and empower the body toward fruitfulness in God's calling for their lives, and seeing lives, communities, and cultures transformed by the gospel.
Aaron and Minda have four children: Abigail, Elsa, Theo and Asher. Aaron loves all sports, home building and woodworking, swimming, photography, and just spending time with the most important people in his life.
